Also on the website, I want to have PayPal and credit card payment integrations.

The website will be added as a droplet on my Digital Ocean account. I have purchased the domain name for the website too.

My budget for this website project is N30,000.00

The two major parameters determining the developer I will go with are the capacity to deliver quality and the time to deliver.

A N30,000 website with a 2D portfolio feature, 5 pages and payment gateway integration, including PayPal, yet you want "developers" to fall in by sending emails with two of their "best jobs" for you to vet before handing them "the job?".

Not criticizing but it would take divine intervention not to develop a migraine after the website is created.
