Good day friends in the education sector.

I don't know if anyone has noticed the sharp decline in discipline in most of the private schools around.

Students are no longer afraid of teachers nor school management. Most disciplinary cases are not reported and where they are, the judgment is usually tilted in favour of the students.

In some schools, students see nothing wrong with cheating during examinations. In fact, they will dislike you if you discourage them from cheating.

The "teacher is responsible for students' failure" idea has not helped at all!

Imagine a student failing because he or she knows that the teacher will be blamed at the end of the day.

There is no repeating of classes due to fear of withdrawal.

What is the ministry of education doing?

Do we still have a ministry of education?

The situation is worse in private schools for the elites.

Well, I still believe there are private schools out there with children of elites who are well behaved. If you know one, kindly tell us.
