Beware of the charging port issue, some users reported it. I personally didn't experience it.
Also some units(chinese ones) don't support MTN 4G.

With the budget and if battery isn't an issue, you can get a used google pixel 2,

4gb ram, Good Camera, good but old snapdragon processor, amoled screen.
