1) The court rules based on the body of evidence presented in accordance to the laws and not sentiments.

2) It will be very difficult to free Chidinma because of the grave evidence against her;

* Her own confession of stabbing Usifo several times in the neck, chest , Tommy and thighs.

* She stole Usifo's debit cards and was stealing money from his GTB account after killing him.

*She didn't report the matter to the Police but went on as if nothing happened.

3) Anyone who has had a serious case with Nigerian police will tell you that by now, Chidinma will be weeping profusely.
