It is actually not nonsense, it makes sense to ensure that those who contribute to the success of the brand stay alive, hence a good boss must ensure that there are ethics and rules to personal lives of the people around you.

But he must learn to stop being just friends with his team, he needs to understand that he is a business man and brand discipline matters. He must instill discipline and instruct his team to stay away from dangerous input that could alter his emotional stability and ramshackle the brand.
