Hi everyone, I'm interested in building a three bedroom flat in Ibadan. With the current hike in everything in Nigeria, like how much should I have in mind to cover the building cost from scratch, that includes Purchase of land, acquisition of the necessary documents and the building cost itself. I'm looking at a range of 5-6million Naira. Please experts are needed to give their view. Thanks all. |

That's achievable when you use interlock red bricks

The red bricks is stronger, cheaper, cost effective and more appealing compared to blocks as it requires little or no plastering. A regular brick cost #120 while an interlock brick which requires nomortar for joining is #150. |
