He is the only Master, Teacher, Shepherd - Ezekiel 34 vs 9 - 16 , Authority/Rabbi , Lord/Leader - Matthew 23 vs 6 - 10, above each and everyone who belongs to Him.

Any man who attempts to insert himself between God and any of His sheep, is against God. That is why Jesus Christ warned you against those who would come to you in His name declaring themselves teachers, shepherds, overseers, prophets in his name. Jesus Christ judged them all false teachers and prophets and condemned them from over 2000 years ago. He even warned that those who follow these men will end up in the same pit that they do. So while you are busy following after these men, know that God never asked anyone to sit between Him and any of His own and He has not changed His mind at all.

Jesus Christ judged those ones 2000 years ago and condemned them all as false teachers and false prophets. He said if you are ashamed of His own Words, He too will be ashamed of you.
