A 32-year-old Asian influencer, Sofia Cheng, slipped and fell to her death from a height of 5 meters in Qingdai Creek in Tuen Mun near Yuen Long. At about 5 pm, Saturday, July 10th, she and her crew went hiking in Ha Pak Lai nature park for a day while climbing to the top of the waterfall to take pictures of herself. While taking a picture, she lost her balance, sending her falling into the water. Her friends immediately called an ambulance. When emergency personnel rushed to the scene to rescue her, they discovered she was unconscious.
