Terrible if true. That why it's not good to put one's trust in man but only in God, because man can fail someone but never God. No excuses though, if true, to whom much is given, much is required, hence being in a position of leadership and influence, he ought to have known and behaved better, so he should be ready to face the consequence of his actions.
