JOB TITLE: PLANTAIN FARM SUPERVISOR

JOB BRIEF
As a plantain farm supervisor, you'll help to supervise a plantain farm from the planting up to harvesting process, also the sales of the products.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Management of the farm aspects (nurseries, development, harvesting, maintenance).
Responsible for the development of the plantations: extensions and replanting.
Organizing of the crop transport to the factory.
Budget and cost control.
Handling, maintaining and repairing of machinery.
Overseeing farmworkers.
Liaising with clients.

REQUIREMENTS
BSc/HND in Agriculture or related fields.
2-3 years experience in plantain farming.
Knowledge of farming best practices.
Good communication skills.
Must be physically fit.
Excellent hand-eye coordination.
Must be organized, pragmatic, proactive, result-oriented, rigorous.
Strong communication and social skills.
