Sevilla FC have come to an agreement for the signing of the Argentine winger, Erik Lamela . The player signs for three seasons and joins from Tottenham Hotspur where he spent the previous eight campaigns. Lamela has also played 25 games for Argentina, scoring three goals. He will wear the number 17.
But what Nigerian's fans didn't understand is "welcome to Lagos " on the sevilla official Facebook page,they didn't know which Lagos they are talking about ....see reactions.

Yes, we know the earliest Portugese Traders named the Port Town of Eko "Lagos" coined out from the English word Lagoon. There is also a place in Portugal called Lagos but not as Famous as the Nigerian Lagos today. But Sevilla is a Spanish Club not a Portugese club, I guess that's where the confusion came from.
