Job Title: Human Resource Assistant

Description:

A skilled Human Resource Assistant provide admin support to the HR team in a company or organisation, also a first point of contact within a company for all HR-related inquiries, remarkable conflict management and decision-making skills with a solid understanding of employee relationships, staffing management, and payroll and benefits administration. Specific tasks include handling employment contracts, recruiting, and setting up interviews for open positions in the company.

Their major Job Duties includes:

• HR needs to understand the organization's needs and make sure those needs are met when recruiting for new positions. .

•Assist with performance management procedures.

•Administer tests, scheduling appointments, conducting orientation, maintaining records and information.

•Schedules examinations by coordinating appointments.

•Supports human resource processes information Systems.
•Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.

•Coordinate training sessions and seminars.

Skills and Qualifications:

OND/HND/BSC in Social Science course of study.
Understanding of Business Practices, Budgeting, Financial Knowledge, In-Depth Research and Analysis.
