We would prefer a PM with construction experience; the ability to write detailed proposals and project reports.



A high level of literacy and numerical skills is essential



He needs to be flexible as there may be frequent travelling involved



A great deal of confidence and discretion is required as he will be liasing with senior officials and high net worth individuals
