Few days ago we had eleven deaths. Today again, eleven deaths. Too much of a coincidence.

The Ncdc and task force should do anything possible to curb the rise of this virus root and stem before it gets out of hand 11 cases dead that's a whole lot.

Lockdown will cripple the economy and it's effect will be devastating. People should just learn how to take safety precautions not as if it involves carrying load or wearing body armour. It's just facemasks. May God help us as we take the basic precautions

Unfortunately there's no way these numbers are not below the actual numbers. Imagine the man or woman that's looking for something to eat being charged N50k for just covid test.

I pity those who believe in these fake death figures.I bet if these deaths are properly investigated, none of them would have covid-19. Many hospitals are lying to take the blame away from their innefficiency in treating these patients effectively who died from other complications.

The Nigerian phrase "God forbid bad ting", roughly translated to standard English, means "What I wish not to happen, will not happen." This phrase embodies that relentlessly optimistic Nigerian mindset which all too often is simply belied by unfolding reality. Never has the Nigerian doggedly sanguine outlook been more prevalent, as during the current global pandemic, which so many Nigerians have continued to classify as being among the "bad ting" that God will "forbid" as requested, despite news that much of the planet continues to be ravaged by the pandemic.

Today August 6th, 2021, Australia's three main cities are going into yet another major coronavirus-induced lockdown as the new Delta variant of that deadly disease contagion claims an increasing number of victims with each passing day. In China on this same day, residents of high-rise apartments were suddenly trapped at home due to emergency coronavirus lockdowns imposed due to the same Delta variant's rapid spread in recent days. CNN news footage aired today showed high-rise apartment dwellers in Chiese' cities, crying for help from their balconies, as food supplies ran out and hunger set in. In Thailand, South Africa, the Philippines, and Florida in the USA, the story is equally bleak.

With Nigeria reachable from the above countries after a mere 10 hours or less of travel aboard commercial aircraft, it is, therefore, no surprise that Ogun State, by way of a recent example, registered only 2 coronavirus cases in July 2021, rising precipitously to 96 cases in the same state a mere month later in July 2021, with a further 35 cases reported during only the first week of August, at one single location, namely the NYSC orientation camp in Shagamu, Ogun State. Kogi state, which was previously unscathed by the virus, now lists among the states affected by the new delta variant.

While a full-on lockdown is NOT likely throughout the Nigerian federation due to the hunger and economical upheaval that would result, it is highly probable that a selective closure of schools. churches, mosques, and even some markets will be announced over the next few weeks as the pandemic wildfire continues to burn through the world's population centers.

Avoid taking the Chinese depopulation vaccine if possible, and wait for the ones made by Phizer or Moderna, from Europe. The Chinese hate black people so any vaccine gift from that nation needs to be regarded with great suspicion
