9os Nigeria is looking to hire a human Resource officer to handle all her Recruitment needs for a client. Candidate should be in Port Harcourt as relocation will not be covered by the client.
The human Resource officer will handle leading and directing the routine functions of the human resources (HR) department for the Group. This will include hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.


JOB DUTIES

Deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business.

Handle Employee Relations, measure employee satisfaction and identify areas that require improvement.

Oversee structuring of the company’s Performance Management Processes as well as implementation thereof.

Oversee the Learning & Development needs of the Group.

Preparing and implementing the training and development processes for the clients.

Manage talent and succession planning, taking overall responsibility for recruitment activity and campaigns for each of the subsidiaries.

Develop and implement business and people’s solutions.

Implement (subject to managements approval) policies and procedures

Liaise with management on the organization’s policies and strategic development.

Working with senior managers, coaching them, and advising on all people issues.

Other related HR responsibilities.


REQUIREMENTS


Minimum of 2 years' experience as an HR officer

Excellent knowledge of various HR functions such as pay & benefits, recruitment, onboarding, evaluation, training & development etc.

Proficient in MS Office

Outstanding organizational and time-management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Problem-solver

Good decision-making skills

Strong ethical standards

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field

Membership of the CIPM is a plus.

9os Nigeria is looking to hire a Document Controller to handle all document compliance needs for a client. Candidate should be in Port Harcourt as relocation will not be covered by the client.

The compliance controller will handle leading and directing the compliance functions of the Group.

JOB DUTIES

document Controllers manage and oversee documents.
Ensure the proper documents are created and signed, that all data is accurate and that documents are stored and backed up and any retention policies are followed.
Organize and archive, maintain documents, fulfill document retrieval requests, and train employees,
Coordinates within an organization and ensures that the documents are kept in the right location and are accessible to all internal service.
Follow international standard for number documents and input technical revisions, perform compliance checking, filing, and organizing, documentation auditing, and report on document status and distribute documents as required.
Should keep track of important project documents like project plans, vendor contracts and drawings; creating reports for construction managers; keeping documentation safe and backed up; and performing data entry tasks when project documents need updates.
Other related compliance responsibilities.

REQUIREMENTS

A good first degree
Attended relevant training courses and attained professional certification in the field of document Control, though it is not mandatory.
Must be able to handle documentation related to multi-discipline engineering, construction, QA/QC, certification, vendor technical, commercial documentation and records, preferably with previous hands-on experience in Project execution documentation and
Ability to ensure proper adherence to company Policy and Procedure and international standards concerning management, archiving and retention of company documents, records, and data.
Proficient in Computer Software Programs like spreadsheets, data base and word processing.
Good interpersonal skills, ability to work in one or more team, excellent IT skills, possess high attention to details, being accurate, good organization skills, being flexible and proactive.
Excellent speaking and writing communication skill.
Must have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as document controller.
