The distance the friends gave him while recording, could it be their instinct smelled disaster or they were just fortunate.

Imagine they were all closed while recording...

He did not leave enough gap between the main and tail rotor.
Also he didn't consider his own safety in d first instance.....no door(s)....that could have shielded him from the blade.

School na scam gang, come and carry your member here.
you dont need school to be educated. saying school na scam can be right but saying education na scam is where the problem would start. people get educted at home, online etc, you dont need school before you can be educated. school is scam in most cases. what you learn in 4years in school can be learned perfectly in 6 months at home.

do you know how many highly qualified engineers have died while working on a project? or you think only dropouts die like this? do you know that NASA lost their Astronauts in an explosion just few seconds after takeoff in 2003 in the Columbia Shuttle disaster?

you obviously dont know anything.

Paying the price for invention.

What invention?

The world has gone beyond one person trying to recreate what a culmination of 100s of people in several centuries have perfected. There was no point to what he was doing.

First he dropped out of school. As if that wasn't enough, he started to build a flying machine that critically requires a lot of school knowledge.

He was the architect of his own destruction. In other words, he was his own village people.

This is a very wrong and bad conclusion. Who told you school knowledge is needed to create things. If this was true then, Nigeria would have been better with respect to the many Nigerians who have Ph.D but nothing to show for it. Even the road side mechanic is better than many mechanical engineers with Ph.D

Please, read history before typing things like this. What would you say of Thomas Edison, Henry Ford, Bill Gates, Mark Zuckerberg and several others?

You would have said Thomas Edison requires physics or engineering knowledge before he embarked on his discoveries. Do you know that what he achieved was through great risk to his own life based on the knowledge you talk about? Yet, he achieved this as a drop out.

Please, learn not to be insensitive by bringing up nonsense in defence.

It's unfortunate he's dead, but the upside from this incident is that he was the only casualty. The flying shrapnel from the broken rotor blades could have killed passersby including the dumb dude recording the video at such a close distance.

He is not inventing anything here.

He is designing a machine that requires a lot of technical and engineering knowledge that you can hardly get outside a school. It's not even as if universities in India are bad. For me, he killed himself for no reason. He could have sought expert knowledge at least

I didn't say that school was the issue. What I'm saying is this, you can't build a machine successfully without extensive technical knowledge which can hardly be gotten outside school or without a tutor or without years of trial by error experience.

Some of those people you call inventors are just the first people to try to create a workable version of that thing. It's not as if it was really useful. If they should give you Thomas Edison bulb to use in your house, how long do you think it will last? Not more than few seconds. Will you even enter Wright brothers aeroplane if they offer you a seat?

Helicopters have been around for decades, If he wanted to design one, he could have sought help from expert engineers in aerospace, not to go all by himself.

The two brothers that invented the Aeroplane, which school did they attend?

They were print editors and bicycle retailers..

You don't have to go to the greatest University in the world to be an inventor..

The Greatest Geniuses that ever lived didn't become one by going to the greatest universities in the world..

Please stop this. What happened to Ford that revolutionised the transportation sector with his vehicle? Ford was a dropout. Helicopter is no exception in this. From the report, it clearly tells you that he has successfully worked on his creation but in proving this before his friend, a failure occurred that led to his death which can even happen to anybody.

Wright brothers and Thomas Edison you mentioned in trying to ridicule their achievements did all these being a dropout. It was on the knowledge of these two, more technology development was achieved. So, don't sound as if the university professors woke up one day and achieve all of these. Don't you know the risk involved? Thomas Edison risked his life as what he achieved has every tendency of ending his life too.

Oya go and enter the exact aeroplane they invented lemme see if you will not die. I am not a fan of school and yes, geniuses don't become one by going to school.

But you can't build a helicopter successfully because you are intelligent, it's not an invention. You need academic knowledge. Even if it flies, nobody will enter it. Only what is designed by expert engineers can be used by the world. If I'm lying give me an example if what device people use today that an engineer did not design?
