Advise your friend to get a sound Nigerian used car and start driving. Then he can start saving to build a house gradually.

Build a house with 1.8million? That means he want to end up not completing his house project.....

He should just get a few month Nigerua used either Corolla 2004/2005 or civic 2007/2008 and start the uber as he has suggested...

At least he would add up with what is left from the 1.8, that's if he's driving the car himself....

He should also endeavour to apply to both bolt and uber, so that he can make his money fast...

What’s the business sense in getting a loan for a side hustle? How will you make enough money to pay back the loan? If it’s a full time job and the fashion design is the side hustle, then it’s different, he will start considering other things like risk, insurance etc…. but for a side hustle? I don’t think so

Roof over ur family's head is a nice idea, but the money for family's stomach infrastructure is a nicer idea..

It's always Uber, Laundry/Dry cleaning, POS and other casual street hustles. I personally would never venture into Uber. What career can that build for you? I should use my car and carry one ashawo girl that will tell me nonsense and still share the money with the company?

I would never be able to understand the reason behind our lack of ideas in this country.
From the government to the electorates. Even the best of the best cannot come up with a sound business idea that can launch the careers of many people. All these first class and upper class people, what's the use of your grades if you still come down to struggle for all these street jobs?
