this is purely poverty plus illiteracy at work probably the woman didn't feed well during pregnancy hence the baby lacked sufficient calcium and other nutrients to form well. the illiteracy part is probably the woman didn't took her drugs and vaccines properly which are mostly free in many government hospitals hence the deformation of the baby. moral lessons: before you plan sending innocent children in this world, make sure you are equal to the task to take care of them. |
