A reputable organization into sales of Laboratory apparatus in Ilupeju seeks to recruit an Account officer who would be responsible for managing the financial bookkeeping of the organization.

Job Description
* Process invoices, records payments, and track expenses of the organization.
* Supervise other staff members who assist with the bookkeeping duties.
* Attention to detail is paramount.
* Must ensure that expenses must be cross-checked with the corresponding invoice.
* To ensure that the billing is accurate.
* Communicating with customers is a regular duty of this job.
* Sends bills to customers.
* Process refunds
* Interacts with collection agencies on past-due accounts.
* Works to resolve billing disputes.
* Create and monitor internal auditing procedures.
* Solve problem when accounting numbers are not in sync.

Job Requirement
* OND in Accounting or equivalent,
* 1-2years experience.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft excel Software
