We basically run a drop shipping model in order to fulfil customers’ requests while we source customer order across bookshops in order to ensure a doorstep delivery to our customers.

Buybooks.ng is in need of a Customer and Order Management Personnel (Product Development Assistant)

Job Description:

Critical task

Writing and reporting

• The successful candidate must be able to provide support to clients and advice regarding the products demanded.
• The successful candidate must be able to conduct research into product improvements
• The successful candidate must be able to design and maintain master spreadsheet for product development and prepare the appropriate report.
• The successful candidate must have the duty of evaluating and presenting innovative ideas on products
• The successful candidate must be able to evaluate all materials for vendors and ensure compliance to product standards.
• The successful candidate must be able to effectively communicate and relate with clients so as so understand requests and demands.
• The successful candidate must be able to work independently and perform every other task delegated by the lead manager.

Job requirements:

• Applicant must have ND, HND in business, supply chain management, management science, social science, Arts or related areas with at least a year experience.
• Applicant must be between the agile and swift to action.
• Applicant must have good communication and interrelationships skills with both clients and team.
• Applicant must have good knowledge and use of Microsoft word and excel.
• A good knowledge on the use of facebook, instagram, whatsapp and other social media tools will be an added advantage
• Creative, logical and critical thinking will be highly required.
• Applicant must have at least one year Job experience
• Strong focus on detail and accuracy, proactive.
• Excellent problem-solving ability and readiness to learn
