Please can anyone help me? I've been trying to download my Npower PPA Letter for days now and it's not been working. Today after filling in my details as required the letter didn't download instead a pop up message came up telling me to proceed for PHYSICAL VERIFICATION. Since today the pop up below has been coming up without downloading the letter.
