To all Npower applicants that have completed their biometric verification and still experiencing deployment issues or unable to select a program on their official website should simply dial *45665# with dial line.

Input your bvn.
Choose 1 , for Npower.
Choose 5 for Physical verification center.
Choose 6 for physical verification date.
You can also get your ppa letter here.

Kindly note that 30Naira will be deducted from your line as sms charges, have atleast 100Naira balance in your line, and if yours is still showing physical verification center is only available for selected beneficiaries, don't panic , kindly check back.

I tried the code but it says "Routing Failed". I got the success Mail but I was asked to change the program but I still can't. What do I do?

Try using the same phone linked to your bvn, I just did a quick run test using my glo line not linked with BVN and it didn't go through..... But immediately I used the line link with my BVN it went through
