Can any body help me in the step-by-step-procedure to get a car registerd in Lagos.(getting a plate number,and other papers)I want to give the infomatin to a friend who just bought a car in lagos

Hi Bode, I do not know the steps.

But I went to city hall to do the papers to my car last year when I bought it from a family friend and I kept the guys number in the licensing room in case I wanted to speak to him again. His name is Bode 08023085283
