"Your customer feedback score is low."

Facebook Customer feedback score is a metric introduced in 2019 to measure customer satisfaction with a product purchased through an advertiser's ad. If you have a low Facebook page feedback rate, you will be penalized with reduced reach (or super high CPM), which will ultimately kill your ecommerce profitability.
Aside from product quality (which shouldn't be an issue unless you're a dropshipper), here are the top 3 reasons you get bad customer reviews:

1. Create new personalized transformations.
Instead of using standard Facebook events, you can switch to a custom conversion that does not contain the purchase cost. You can do this by going to Business Settings> Data Sources> Custom Transformations> Create Custom Transformation.
for example, Create a custom transform with pageview in "thank-you.html" as the new transform.

The advantage is that after customers make a purchase, Facebook won't send them a feedback survey even after 8 weeks, because you haven't defined this event as a Buy event.
However, the downside is that you cannot leverage ROAS in reports, and you cannot create a value-driven audience based on a purchase event.

2. Create new business assets.

If the shipping penalty is never lifted, you should consider creating a new Facebook page with an additional domain to run your campaigns. This will remove the impact of high CPM and other penalties for showing your ads. You can always reuse the same pixel because Facebook doesn't penalize a pixel.

Think of it as an ad agency managing the accounts of multiple clients. Facebook won't penalize a page because another page has a feedback issue.
3. Quality control

If you've made too many promises about a miracle product or delivery schedule, you may want to take a softer approach. Overly promising results can help you slightly improve your ROI, but you can't avoid low review ratings, controversy, and negative branding.

The brand always strives to improve the quality of its products, which makes customers happy. If you find a good product, buy it in bulk, ship it to your country and work on a private label for the brand. If necessary, hire a compliance agency to do the job for you.

This not only cuts delivery times to 3-5 days, but it also makes your customers happy as you watch your reviews improve over the long term.
