She was kidnapped/abducted. The complainant has details of her location, even a picture of her in a hijab with other women visible.

Has this been reported to the police? How was the picture obtained? The kidnappers are either dumb or too stupid to send pictures with their faces visible.

I can bet that this is a custody battle and the complainant has introduced the ethnic/religious angle to help the story get some steam.
