Before we delve into the main discussion, let’s set the tables straight by saying that both pap and custard are made from corn (maize). Pap is made from fermented, wet milled grain of either sorghum or corn and is commonly eaten in Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya,Cameroon and some other west African countries.
