It's simply the coming together of two or more people to rent an apartment, in this case the total cost will be shared amongst all parties involved..

There's already an apartment which a tenant has paid for and wants to cut expenses and rents the extra space in his/her flat to make money or lessen the burden of shouldering the high rents alone.



More and more people have now embraced this method of living because it's cheaper and saves money..
