He needs to be managed at least by a nephrologist and a cardiologist.
You may get such team at a teaching hospital or any private hospital could have or make arrangements for such.

A friend has similar symptoms, the swelling started beside his throat on the neck like a goitre. He did a biopsy according to him but nothing was detected. Months later, his face swole up and he was having breathing issues and thought it was cattarh until one night, he couldn't breathe anymore, he was rushed to a hospital ASAP. Tests were carried out and nothing has really been diagnosed as the cause of the swellings but was given some speculative drugs I guess. Please any knowledgeable advice would be appreciated. Thanks. Age should be between 26/27. I don't know him to be a smoker or someone who takes alcohol.

How about urination, those he urinate normal or struggle to urinate

Someone i know suffered this,doctor recommended a CT scan, result came out as encephalitis. He should go for a brain CT scan all those drugs won't help

They should visit a specialist clinic. He ain't the first person with such ailment and people like him have gotten healed medically. No cleric can do anything to it.

Moreover, do you even know the type of clinic they visited? Specialist clinic is what they need in order to get the best health care.

This is heart disease... The heart is not functioning at optimal level, hence it retains liquid in his body.... Look for a good cardiologist to examine him...
