Being a fully serviced apartment, the facility management company has a generator that serviced the whole building. However, the tenant has to purchase a token to access this service.

In other words, this service is accessed through the purchase of a token which has been programmed to both energy supplied by PHCN and Generator.

So, if the tenant purchase a 10k token for instance, it covers both the conventional light by PHCN and generator. Once the token is exhausted, electricity is disconnected immediately and restored upon the purchase and loading of another token.

While conventional supply of electricity (PHCN) is always constant, the facility company can only provide for now 14 hour generator facility which will improve as tenants keeps moving into the premises.
