I recently logged into my corporate account with Access bank and saw a debit of 5,000 Naira for what they termed “CORONATION_BPB FIRE AND BURGLARY “. I knew this transaction was not from me, so I decided to call customer service for clarification. I was told that the debit was for an insurance policy that their system automatically enrolled all corporate account holders. I was livid and gave her a piece of my mind. How can you enroll me in an insurance policy without informing me or seek my consent? I demanded for immediate credit. Please let’s pay close attention to the activities on our bank accounts because it appears some banks are out to collect our hard earned money in a clandestine manner.

Why always access bank ?

Mine was 26, 450.15 naira. when I called no one picked I used their new what's app service to ask.. On the details it's something opay.. Document blah blah.. And I knew I didn't do any opay or pos of that amount nor was there any error of pos use for the week
