Have you ever wondered why people outsmart you in business or in other spheres of life? The secret is enshrouded in how you create value for what you do.How much you have to offer and how effective it is,determines the attention you get.

First off,individuals and companies are selling good and services.What they are simply doing is creating and adding value.Adding  value is not limited to monetary rewards alone.It transcends across all walks of life.What we do for people and how we treat them in our daily endeavours

Everyone has creative instinct.Though it is latent,crude and untap in most people.It is a composite and special part of our lives that can’t be neglected.OF course this potential was infused into us to help us imagine,develop and perfect our lives,businesses and our world.In essence,we create and add value.

It begins with an idea or fine tune already existing ideas.Value creation are benefits people derive from your good or services which actually give you an edge in the market place.Beyond business,anything we do that involves people have to be done with a certain degree  of respect and dignity to humanity.Everyone wants to be valued and not disrespected.The point is,if you are a people person,you are adding value to them that is why they stay around you.So creating and adding value cut across human endeavours.So your drive should be how to enhance and embellish what you do.

       5 WAYS TO CREATE AND ADD                            VALUE
1. BE ECCENTRIC-  Ideas rule the world.Not just ideas,but abnormal ideas.You have to think outside the box,break the status quo,overstep rules and norms.
      It was once said that atom is not divisible ,before Dalton came up to prove them wrong.
      It was once said ,the earth was flat
      It was once said iron can’t float
      It was once said,man wont be able to fly.

Please note that ideas are limited by our imaginary abilities.

2.AVOID NOISE MAKERS- There would be dissenting voices to disengage you from your ideas.They will tell you it cant work and discourage you in the process.You know what? If you can conceive it,you can achieve it.Scientific theories,human reasoning and cultural beliefs might have wrapped up things and concluded it wont work.You have to remain resolute to your ideas.




3.DON’T FEAR FAILURE- If you want to create and add value,you need to be prepared for any eventuality.Dont be afraid to fail.Failure is part of succees.You may not know what it takes to succeed if you have not failed before.Failure is the beginning of success and not an end itself.The man of God,TD jakes once said,my definition of success is: I DON’T FEAR FAILURE.And the bible says,the righteous man falleth seven times and he rises again.




4.LEAVE YOUR COMFORT ZONE: Nothing good comes easy.Your idea is a definition of what you want to do.it has to be refined,processed and well distilled before it materialized.There is always a price to pay before the prize is obtained.if you are avoiding the ridiculous,you may not see the miraculous.Jacob had to serve twice because of Leah.Moses had to go stay with Laban his father-in-law and was the one caring for the sheep.Comfort zone offers no challenges and make you rest on yours oars.David,threw himself on the battle line and wanted to fight Goliath.His strength and power and inspiration came from discomforts and encounter he had with lion in the bush.




5.BE A SOLUTION PROVIDER: It starts with meeting a need.Creating value is simply solving problems.Locate a need,a vaccum and come with an idea to meet it.It could be business,humanitarian or gospel needs.When you add values to others,it enhances your life and business.There are still busineses that needs to be started,humanitarian efforts to be made.IF you want to be wealthy,start creating values to solve myriads of needs in our society.Your worth  in life  is determined by creating values.If people are not missing you,that means your were of no value to them when you were together.Ask yourself,what are you adding   your family,others,community,organization and your country at large.
