I have this machine 64gb version, but the am not pleased with the performance, been rendering a building Animation in lumion 10 for 3days just a 2mins 720p/30 frame pers seconds video, I think it is only optimized for gaming, rtx 2080 ti performs better 1 Like 1 Share |

BrickDevo: Snap and upload the version of the one your have. I mean the machine itself and it's full specs. If possible the model number. Rtx 2080ti vs rtx 3080. The PassMark - G3D Mark. Deep thinking!   On a second thought you might be right. Me thinks if you don't exceed the vram limit you won't see much difference in card performance assuming you are doing same job on a different card. However if you go over your limit your rendering time take much longer because the gpu isn't running on it's own it need to communicate with the CPU first. You guys will spend fortune on laptops and desktops only for them to give you mediocre output.
