The concept of virtual patient consultation has become imperative with the advent of covid-19 which makes it necessary to observe social distancing even in the healthcare setting. In essence, with telehealth consultation, patient can sit at the comfort of their home or office and consult their clinicians and get their prescription and more without visiting hospital or clinic. This is not going to affect revenue generation as the patient will pay for their telehealth consultation to the institution to have access to a physician.
