Our client; a reputable Oil & Gas Company is looking to fill the role of a DOCUMENT CONTROL OFFICER

Job Knowledge/Experience
• Hands-on experience with MS Office, MS Excel and Adobe
• Proficient typing and editing skills
• Proven skill for creating and implementing controlled document processes
• Knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS
• Archival experience
• Proficient in SharePoint, ProArc and/or other document management software and web-based

Skills
• Detail oriented and meticulous work ethic
• Extremely organized and efficient
• Proficient typing and editing skills
• Report writing
• Hands-on experience with MS Office, MS Excel and Adobe
• Document management skills
• Effective Communication
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities to completion with tight timeline


Requirements:
• BSc. Computer Science, Project Management, Business Administration or similar field
• Min of 5 years’ experience in oil and Gas industry
• Relevant Certifications
