A California mom is accused of hosting depraved secret parties for teens. During the parties, the raunchy mom would give teens booze and condoms and even watched while they engaged in sex acts, authorities said.

According to court documents, the mom, Shannon O’Connor, laughed in a bedroom as she watched a drunk teenage boy mounted and groped a girl. O’Connor, 47, kept the parties secret from her husband as well as other parents, Maggran.com reported
