nobody 2 report him to, we lost our dad, but this guy s workin in a fine place, but he did not care about ma own life and am the first born of ma mum.

I will say don't just assume he doesn't care about you. Try talking to him about what you want for yourself and how you want him to help you, his response then will now determine what you should do. Remember, no matter how much a devil a person is there is still the kind side of him.
