Does Fidelity bank accepts HND graduates

Fidelity Bank still remain one of the Banks I'm yet to know their recriutment policies!

I have posted many times about recruitment policies in fidelitybank
1. If u av a 2.1 u wil write a test in fidelity, if u pass u wil undergo three interviews, one with a panel, two with one of the ED's and three the MD.
Starting level is EA(Executive assistant) starting Salary is 1.1m/annum which is about 92k per month

2. if u are a fresher with 2.2, u will not write any test, u go through the three interview stages, if employed u start as a contract staff, with about 55k per month.
Before u get converted to a full staff u must have a masters or a related professional exam like ICAN, ACCA,CIBN,
U couud spend two year and above as a contract staff before they convert u except in exceptional cases.

3. If u av a 2.2 with some experience from another bank or somewere good u start with EAT (Executive assistant trainee) with salary of about 950k per annum.

4)If u av HND distinction u start with level EAT or EA it depends on how ur coming in.

I dont know if they take HND lower credit, if they do then u start as a low contract staff

Contract staff in fidelity bank has diferent levels too.

So if u like fidelity bank u can go to their Head office in 2 Kofo abayomi street V.I to submit ur c.v

Maximum age for fresher 26yrs. or except u know someone inside.
