God can never make a mistake God can't save you and tomorrow decide to un save you no that not how God thinks

Salvation is never by works least any man should boast

First, the term Christian must be defined. A “Christian” is not a person who has said a prayer or walked down an aisle or been raised in a Christian family. While each of these things can be a part of the Christian experience, they are not what makes a Christian. A Christian is a person who has fully trusted in Jesus Christ as the only Savior and therefore possesses the Holy Spirit (John 3:16; Acts 16:31; Ephesians 2:8–9).

A Christian is one who after receiving Jesus as his lord God and Savior feels the joy of salvation flowing through his heart.
There are many characteristics of a Christian a born again child of God.
A child of God born again child is one who has given God his freewill, one who is now the slave of Jesus Christ our God.

So, with this few definition in mind, can a Christian lose salvation? It’s a crucially important question. Perhaps the best way to answer it is to examine what the Bible says occurs at salvation and to study what losing salvation would entail:

A Christian is a new creation. “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come!” (2 Corinthians 5:17). A Christian is not simply an “improved” version of a person; a Christian is an entirely new creature. He is “in Christ.” For a Christian to lose salvation, the new creation would have to be destroyed.

A Christian is redeemed. “For you know that it was not with perishable things such as silver or gold that you were redeemed from the empty way of life handed down to you from your forefathers, but with the precious blood of Christ, a lamb without blemish or defect” (1 Peter 1:18–19).
The word redeemed refers to a purchase being made, a price being paid. We were purchased at the cost of Christ’s death. For a Christian to lose salvation, God Himself would have to revoke His purchase of the individual for whom He paid with the precious blood of Christ.

A Christian is justified. “Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ” (Romans 5:1). To justify is to declare righteous. All those who receive Jesus as Savior are “declared righteous” by God.
For a Christian to lose salvation, God would have to go back on His Word and “un-declare” what He had previously declared. Those absolved of guilt would have to be tried again and found guilty. God would have to reverse the sentence handed down from the divine bench.

A Christian is promised eternal life. “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life” (John 3:16). Eternal life is the promise of spending forever in heaven with God. God promises, “Believe and you will have eternal life.” For a Christian to lose salvation, eternal life would have to be redefined. The Christian is promised to live forever. Does eternal not mean “eternal”?

A Christian is marked by God and sealed by the holy Spirit. “You also were included in Christ when you heard the message of truth, the gospel of your salvation. When you believed, you were marked in him with a seal, the promised Holy Spirit, who is a deposit guaranteeing our inheritance until the redemption of those who are God’s possession—to the praise of his glory” (Ephesians 1:13–14). At the moment of faith, the new Christian is marked and sealed with the Spirit, who was promised to act as a deposit to guarantee the heavenly inheritance. The end result is that God’s glory is praised. For a Christian to lose salvation, God would have to erase the mark, withdraw the Spirit, cancel the deposit, break His promise, revoke the guarantee, keep the inheritance, forego the praise, and lessen His glory, And break his holy word which is absolutely impossible God can not go against his word.

A Christian is guaranteed glorification. “Those he predestined, he also called; those he called, he also justified; those he justified, he also glorified” (Romans 8:30). According to Romans 5:1, justification is ours at the moment of faith. According to Romans 8:30, glorification comes with justification. All those whom God justifies are promised to be glorified. This promise will be fulfilled when Christians receive their perfect resurrection bodies in heaven. If a Christian can lose salvation, then Romans 8:30 is in error, because God could not guarantee glorification for all those whom He predestines, calls, and justifies.

A Christian cannot lose salvation. Most, if not all, of what the Bible says happens to us when we receive Christ would be invalidated if salvation could be lost. Salvation is the gift of God, and God’s gifts are “irrevocable” (Romans 11:29). A Christian cannot be un-newly created. The redeemed cannot be unpurchased. Eternal life cannot be temporary. God cannot renege on His Word. Scripture says that God cannot lie (Titus 1:2).

Two common objections to the belief that a Christian cannot lose salvation concern these experiential issues: 1) What about Christians who live in a sinful, unrepentant lifestyle? 2) What about Christians who reject the faith and deny Christ? The problem with these objections is the assumption that everyone who calls himself a “Christian” has actually been born again. The Bible declares that a true Christian will not live a state of continual, unrepentant sin (1 John 3:6). The Bible also says that anyone who departs the faith is demonstrating that he was never truly a Christian (1 John 2:19). He may have been religious, he may have put on a good show, but he was never born again by the power of God. “By their fruit you will recognize them” (Matthew 7:16). The redeemed of God belong “to him who was raised from the dead, in order that we might bear fruit for God” (Romans 7:4).

Nothing can separate a child of God from the Father’s love (Romans 8:38–39). Nothing can remove a Christian from God’s hand (John 10:28–29). God guarantees eternal life and maintains the salvation He has given us. The Good Shepherd searches for the lost sheep, and, “when he finds it, he joyfully puts it on his shoulders and goes home” (Luke 15:5–6). The lamb is found, and the Shepherd gladly bears the burden; our Lord takes full responsibility for bringing the lost one safely home.

Jude 24–25 further emphasizes the goodness and faithfulness of our Savior: “To Him who is able to keep you from falling and to present you before his glorious presence without fault and with great joy—to the only God our Savior be glory, majesty, power and authority, through Jesus Christ our Lord, before all ages, now and forevermore! Amen.”

Revelation 3:1-5

Who will enable you to hold fast if not God

records the words of Jesus that were written in a letter and sent to the church at Sardis. Some might read this verse and think it suggests that salvation can be lost if one does not overcome.
Rev 3:5 “He who overcomes shall be clothed in white garments, and I will not blot out his name from the Book of Life; but I will confess his name before My Father and before His angels.”
With a quick reading, it does seem to imply that one’s name can be blotted out from the Book of Life. But is that true? Can a believer be blotted out of the Book of Life? To answer this, we must begin with what we know to be true.
Salvation is by Grace Alone
Only by trusting in Jesus’ work (paying for our sins, conquering death, and opening the way to the Father) is anyone saved. And only by Jesus’ faithfulness is anyone kept (He promises that the life He gives is eternal). Let’s focus on the assurance of our eternal security in Christ, before answering the question about Revelation 3:5.
The Security of God’s Children
In speaking to Nicodemus (a prominent Pharisee), Jesus said that one must be born again to enter into the Kingdom of God (John 3:3-8.. ). As born again Christians, we have the assurance of eternal (never-ending) life.
1. Born again Christians are overcomers:
1 John 4:4 You are of God, little children, and have overcome them, because He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world.
1 John 5:4 -5 For whatever is born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world; our faith. Who is he who overcomes the world, but he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God?
2. We have been given the gift of eternal life:
Eph 2:8 For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God,
3. Jesus and the Father hold us securely and will never let us go:
John 10:28-30 “I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; neither shall anyone snatch them out of My hand. My Father, who has given them to Me, is greater than all; and no one is able to snatch them out of My Father’s hand.”
4. Our salvation is secure because it is not based on our works, which will always fall short:
Eph 2:9 Not of [our] works, lest any man should boast. Eph 2:10 For we are his workmanship [saved by Jesus], created in Christ Jesus [regenerated in Him] unto [to do] good works…
5. The security of our salvation is based on Jesus’ work
Rom 5:8-9 God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Much more then, having now been justified by His blood, we shall be saved from wrath through Him.
6. Finally, and most significant, Jesus is faithful and true (Rev 3:14, 19:11, 22:6) and He has promised our eternal security:
Heb 13:5 …He Himself has said, “I will never leave you nor forsake you.”
1 John 5:20 And we know that the Son of God is come, and hath given us an understanding, that we may know him that is true, and we are in him that is true, even in his Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God, and eternal life.
Revelation 3:5 in Context
The overcoming in Revelation 3:5 should not be read as a condition of salvation, ie. if you overcome, you will not be blotted out; if you don’t overcome, you will be blotted out. We know that there is nothing we can do to earn salvation and there is nothing we can do that will cause us to lose it. We are eternally secure. Therefore, Revelation 3:5 should be read as an assurance of salvation. It might be helpful to read it without the “not blotted out” statement:
Rev 3:5 “He who overcomes shall be clothed in white garments . . . I will confess his name before My Father and before His angels.”
“I will not blot out his name from the Book of Life” is a restatement of what we already know. We know our salvation is eternal and we will never be blotted out of the Book of Life (Read: What is the Book of Life?)
And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire (Rev 20:15). God doesn’t want anyone to perish (2 Pet 3:9), and neither should we. Tell people about Jesus. Tell them how they can receive the gift of eternal life. Ask them the question What If You Die Today? Be ready to share the gospel with them

1John.3.6 - So if we continue to live in him, we won't sin either. But those who keep on sinning have never known him or understood who he is.

1John.3.8 - But when people keep on sinning, it shows they belong to the Devil, who has been sinning since the beginning. But the Son of God came to destroy these works of the Devil.

1John.3.10 - So now we can tell who are children of God and who are children of the Devil. Anyone who does not obey God's commands and does not love other Christians does not belong to God.

2 Peter 2:20(NASB)For if, after they have escaped the defilements of the world by the knowledge of the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, they are again entangled in them and are overcome, the last state has become worse for them than the first.

In this passage, Peter is raising a concern that those, who for a time escaped the pollution and defilement of the world when they heard about the Lord Jesus, end up in a far worse state when they return to the world's entanglements. This verse has caused many Christians to think their salvation is lost if they become discouraged, walk away from their faith for a time, or become engage in worldly carnality. It is, therefore, increasingly important to read every verse in context and identify who is being referenced in a passage and to whom the Word is addressed

This letter is written to Christians who have the same precious faith as Peter, and this verse is exposing the dangers of false teachers and the devastation they can cause to those that are ignorant of God's Word. Peter is warning his readers of the increasing numbers of apostate teachers who distort the Person and work of Christ. He is also encouraging them to have a closer walk with God and an ever deepening understanding of their faith.

Peter insists that knowledge of the Lord and paying heed to Scripture are two important elements in identifying a false teacher and discerning their destructive lies. In his earlier letter, he assured his readers that God's mighty power will protect all who have come to saving faith in Christ and will guard their hearts against such lies. Paul also reassures us, in Philippians, that when God starts a good work in the life of a Christian, He promises to bring it to completion.

Answer

These final verses of chapter 2 are not talking about losing one's salvation. There is no question that the salvation of a truly born again individual can not be lost. However, Peter is expressing his concern for unbelievers who are brought to a superficial knowledge of Christ without being saved by faith in Him. Such people quickly become entangled back into the world through the influence of false teachers who twist the truth for their own evil ends with no concern for the eternal destiny of those they teach.

False teachers play havoc in the lives of their listeners - both the saved and the unsaved - because they deny God's Word and discredit His truth. They deceive their listeners with sugar-coated lies and challenge the authority of Christ and His appointed apostles. But those who allow their ears to be tickled without ever coming to the knowledge of the truth, by faith, are in serious spiritual danger, "and their last state becomes worse that at the beginning."

The infiltration of apostate teachers and heretics in the early Church was a serious problem just as it is today, because those teaching a false gospel can only promise their followers a false freedom, a false christ, and a false salvation, because they are slaves to their own greed and corruption, for whatever gets the better of a man makes him its servant.

Peter is explaining to his listeners that when the unsaved are captivated by the enticing lies of a false teacher and presented with a distorted view of the gospel, they are given a taste of the good news of Christ without being brought to a saving faith in Him. They may be enamoured by the deceptive promises of a sugar-coated gospel, a counterfeit saviour, and a promise of heaven, but they are never justified. They are never born again into newness of life which sadly results their spiritual state becoming far worse than at first.

Let us be aware of the deceitful practices of false teachers and the devastating influence they can have on the lives of saved and unsaved alike. Let us seek to guard our hearts with an ever-deepening knowledge of the truth, maintain a closer walk with God, and live and work for His praise and glory.

My Prayer
Heavenly Father, thank You for the many warnings we are given in Your Word about the dangers of false teachers and the devastation they can cause in the lives of those who become entangled with them. I pray for those who are attracted to a counterfeit gospel or embroiled in the false message of apostate teachers without coming to a knowledge of the truth. Thank You that by grace through faith I am saved, and my soul is guarded by Christ - through faith. Help those who are being fooled, through false teaching, into corrupt practices and sinful unbelief, through a lack of understanding and open their eyes to the truth of the glorious gospel of grace. This I ask in Jesus' name, AMEN.

In this world of anxiety and fear, it is a radical thing to proclaim the eternal security of the believer: One with the Lord, your future is the same as his. No one can snatch you from his hand; nothing can separate you from his love.

Yet every time I say stuff like this, someone will point to 2 Peter 2 as though this one chapter could undo the many promises of God and make Christ’s saving work of no effect.

“Peter writes about Christians who forsook the Lord and were condemned,” they say. “So much for once saved, always saved.”

Hardly a month goes by when I don’t have occasion to talk about 2 Peter 2. In this chapter, Peter warns about false teachers who deny the Lord and teach heresy. Let there be no doubt he is not referring to Christians. These people are slaves of depravity (v.19) who never stop sinning (v.14). They are not saints but brute beasts who are condemned to perish (v.12).

But were these sinners once saints? Were they Christians who lost the way, and fell beyond the reach of grace?

This is an important question, because if they were once saved, then you can lose your salvation. Just as these false teachers were doomed to reap “swift destruction,” you too could be headed for hell – if you don’t take care.

Is Peter talking about backslidden Christians?

According to nearly every fake commentary I have read, the fake answer is yes. “These were genuine Christians they say who turned their back on God and will now get a worse punishment than the one who never met Jesus.”

Oh happy day.

Even certain grace teachers who have no complete knowledge of Christ are convinced that Peter is describing former Christians who are now damned. But were these people ever saved? At first glance, the fake evidence seems clear enough.

But if you read carefully you will see note for Peter says these false teachers…

– have left the right way and gone astray (v.15)
– have escaped the defilements of the world only to become entangled again (v.20)
– once knew the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ (v.20) and the way of righteousness (v.21)
– have returned to the muck like a pig (v.22)

So notice even today and in the time of Peter those Fake preachers will say there you have it. Close your Bibles and get busy working out your salvation (this is according to those who don't know Bible) because if you don’t stay on the right way you’re doomed that is what they say. Like these guys. “Blackest darkness is reserved for them” (v.17). And you too if you’re not careful.

And yet, don’t you find it interesting that Peter never says, “Be warned, dear friends, what happened to them could happen to you”?

He never says it because it CANNOT happen.
It can never happen to a saved child of God, The very idea that our sins could outlast God’s grace is absurd.
It totally insane for people to think our sin is stronger than God grace.

Answer

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: You may shipwreck your faith, and go astray, but your heavenly Father will never abandon or forsake you. What the Lord begins he finishes.

So how do we read 2 Peter 2?

The key to unlocking this passage is Balaam:

They (the false teachers) have left the straight way and wandered off to follow the way of Balaam son of Bezer, who loved the wages of wickedness. (2 Peter 2:15)

Balaam the prophet was recruited by the king of Moab to curse the children of Israel (Numbers 22-24). But after encountering the Lord three times – one encounter famously involved a talking donkey and an angel – Balaam did a volte-face and blessed the children of Israel instead.

Smart man, that Balaam.

The Moabite king was furious that Balaam had not done what he asked. So Balaam, perhaps realizing he was about to be sent home empty-handed, taught the king how to defeat Israel (Rev 2:14). Long story short, the men of Israel were seduced by Moabite women and turned away from the Lord (Num 25:1-3). They were on the doorstep of the Promised Land yet they almost never entered, all because of greedy Balaam.

Not so smart man, that Balaam.

The Israelites eventually repented and pressed on to Canaan. On the way they killed the false prophet Balaam who had done them so much harm (Num 31:8...

Bye bye, Balaam.

When Peter says, “These false teachers are just like Balaam,” he’s saying they are on the wrong side of God. “By perverting the gospel, they are trying to curse what God has blessed. And like Balaam, they will come to a bad end.”

With this key in hand, we can now unlock the difficult verses of 2 Peter 2.

Who are the followers of Balaam?

Verse 15: They have forsaken the right way, and gone astray, following the way of Balaam who loved the wages of unrighteousness…

Peter is not describing Christians but people who have known the right way – as Balaam did – and rejected it. Balaam had a personal encounter with the Lord. He heard God speak and he knew his heart. But when the money was on the table, Balaam made the wrong choice. He opposed what God was doing, just as false teachers do whenever they pervert the gospel.

Verse 20: For if, after they have escaped the defilements of the world by the knowledge of the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, they are again entangled in them and are overcome, the last state has become worse for them than the first.

Balaam initially stood up to the king of Moab, yet he never aligned himself with the Lord. Which was strange. If the Israelites were as blessed as he said, why not join them? Why stay with the cursed king of Moab?

The prophet was like those Hebrews who escaped the defilements of Egypt but did not enter the Promised Land. They came out but never went in. They died in the wilderness on account of unbelief.

Verse 21: For it would be better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than having known it, to turn away from the holy commandment handed on to them.

The one who rejects the way of righteousness (the gospel) is worse off than the one who has not heard it because he has hardened his heart to that which could save him. He has refused the Lord’s holy command to “repent and believe the good news” (see 1 John 3:23).

I hope you can see that a follower of Balaam is not a follower of Jesus. It is someone who has heard and rejected the gospel. They’ve had an encounter with the Lord but turned their back. They’ve tasted the bread of life and spat it out. They have not responded with faith to the grace of God.

Verse 22: It has happened to them according to the true proverb, “A dog returns to its own vomit,” and, “A sow, after washing, returns to wallowing in the mire.”

A Christian is not a dog or a pig! A washed sow remains a sow, but a Christian is a brand new creation.

If you don’t know about your union with Christ, you may fall for the lie that says you can lose your salvation. You may even think that Peter is describing condemned Christians.

Fear not; there is no such thing.

1John.3.6

Every believer is placed in Christ – baptised into Christ’s body the moment they believe. Every Christian is put into union with Christ, by the Holy Spirit, the instance they believe on Him as Saviour. Nothing can alter this position of permanence – we are placed in Christ when we are saved, and we become part of His body, forever. From that point on we have a new nature in Christ.

The old sin nature is placed on the cross for we have been crucified with Christ – our old sin nature has been nailed on the cross – self has been put in the place of death in order to allow our new nature in Christ to grow and mature in the faith. Once we are in Christ we are commanded to abide in Christ… to remain in Christ… to stay in fellowship with the Lord - to enjoy communion with Him to rest in His love.

Sin can break this sweet communion for when we sin we are not abiding in Christ – we have ceased to abide in Christ. When we sin, we have chosen a carnal route and stepped away from the spiritual walk in fellowship with God. When we sin, it is carried out by our old sin nature, indeed every sin that we ever commit, both pre and post salvation, is carried out by that old sin nature – the old man - the carnal self. No sin we engage in after we have been born from above is carried out in the new nature in Christ - for No one who abides in Him sins.

We are positioned in Christ at salvation – which is a position that is eternal, and in Christ there is NO sin. We are commanded to abide in Him from the moment that we have been placed in Christ and we can choose to abide and remain in Him and to walk in the new life of Christ OR we can chose not to abide in Him and walk in the old fleshly sin nature.
When we abide in Christ and remain in Him and walk in newness of life we cannot sin – for in Christ there is no sin and so when we abide in Christ we cannot sin.. Sin comes from the old sin nature and when we sin we are out of fellowship with Christ – when we sin our communion with Christ has been broken – when we sin we carry out that sin in the old self - the old man – for no one who ABIDES in HIM sins.

Jesus said IF you abide in Me and I in you – you will be fruitful. Our good and fruitful works are only carried out in the new nature in Christ – for the new nature is being conformed into the image and likeness of Christ. The work of the holy Spirit in the life of a believer is to make our new nature exactly like Christ - and in Him there is no sin. It is when we abide in Christ that we are submitted to the holy Spirit – If we do not abide in Christ we are submitted to the old sin nature. Sins ALWAYS emanate from the old man. Sins can only take place when we are out of fellowship with the Lord – BUT if we abide in Christ we cannot sin – our new life in Christ cannot sin - for No one who abides in Him sins.

1John.3.6

Every believer is placed in Christ – baptised into Christ’s body the moment they believe. Every Christian...

Okay bro... I don't argue, but I've learnt to compare scriptures with scriptures and stick to it, not just the words of people or great pastors.

Rom.8.13 - For if you (**if you christians) live according to the sinful nature, YOU WILL DIE (**eternally in Hell); but if by the Spirit you PUT TO DEATH the misdeeds of the body, you will live (**eternally in Heaven),

Take care.

Let those that have ears to hear, hear...

Grace...

1John.3.8

Let see what this place is actually saying
The unfathomable depths of Satan’s habitual sin, lies in contradistinction to the immeasurable heights of Christ's eternal righteousness. From the genesis of God's revelation of Himself to mankind, the devil is identified as the slimy source of sin and subtle instigator of all that is evil.

We are warned that the man or woman who commits sin is of the devil. He is the father of sin. He is the instigator of sin. He is one who deceived Eve in the beautiful garden. He is the poisonous root from which all sin is sprung, for Satan rebelled against God and sinned from the beginning of time.

Instead of reflecting the goodness of God the Father, the one who sins is imitating the behaviour of Satan. Instead of manifesting the beautiful character of Christ by walking in spirit and truth and by abiding in Him and He in us, they allow the enemy of our soul to dictate what they do and to adversely influence their hearts away from the Lord.

Those who adopt Satan's practice and imitate his ways are 'of the devil'. The sin nature, imputed to man at the beginning, is inextricably linked to the devil's wicked ways. He is the instigator of corruption and deceit and he was a murderer from the beginning. He is void of truth because he abandoned the truth when he rebelled against the Lord, and has proved himself to be both a liar and the father of lies.

While the principle and practice of sin originates from Satan, divine righteousness comes from the Lord Jesus. Christ's perfect righteousness is imputed to those who are born of God. The new nature we received from the Spirit of God at salvation, is Christ's own sinless nature, which is imputed to us and cannot sin.

However, the original sin nature we all inherited from our fallen parents can do nothing but sin. Our old sin nature is the heritage of all humanity and is incapable of producing good deeds and righteous acts. Every member of the human race is born a sinner. Every person is indwelt by the very principle of sin from conception - but the Son of God came to earth to destroy the works of the devil.

While man's old sin nature is of the devil, our new, born-again nature is of God. The 'old creation in Adam', is part of the kingdom of darkness and can do nothing but sin, while the 'new Creation in Christ', has been made a child of the light and has become a member of God's family - and that new nature, that comes from Christ, cannot sin.

Throughout our life on earth, a believer's old sin nature lusts against our new life in Christ and needs to be kept in the place of death. BUT Christ came into the world to pay the ransom price for the sin of the whole world. How we praise God that Christ was born into His own creation, that He might put an end to the works of the Evil One.

The continuous characteristic of the devil is evil and he who sins is of the devil. Satan was the one who spawned sin and has continued to sin from the very beginning. The nature of man is sinful, for man is a sinner who was born dead in trespasses and sins, but Christ came into the world to save sinners and to rescue them from the clutches of the Evil One - and by His sacrificial death and glorious resurrection, He has destroyed the works of the devil and put an end to his wicked ways.

Let us in lowliness of heart and thankfulness of spirit, praise our great God and Father for His great plan of salvation and marvellous purpose for mankind. His plans and purposes were conceived in the eternal council chambers of the Almighty and designed to arrest the evil intent of the enemy assault on those who are made in God's image.

Let us not serve sin or indulge in lawlessness by our actions and attitudes, our words and our imaginations, but rather let us show grateful thanks, for His unspeakable mercy and amazing grace. Let us turn our backs on all that feeds the evil lusts of the fallen one, by the obedient surrender to God, of all that we are and all that we do.

God's purpose for us is encapsulated in this precious verse, for the Son of God came in the likeness of sinful flesh and suffered the most shocking ignominy, insults, and death, so that sin and sickness, want and weariness, destruction and death, and all that is encompassed in the works of lawlessness and evil, might be forever destroyed in my life and in yours, in order that Christ is all in all.

WE HAVE THE Righteousness OF THE CHRIST JESUS

Heb.10.26 - Dear friends, if we deliberately continue sinning after we have received a full knowledge of the truth, there is no other sacrifice that will cover these sins.

Heb.10.27 - There will be nothing to look forward to but the terrible expectation of God's judgment and the raging fire that will consume his enemies.

Heb.10.26
Let see what this place is saying too very important

For if we are willfully sinning after receiving the full knowledge of the truth, there remains no more sacrifice concerning sins.” Hebrews 10:26-29 warns against the sin of apostasy. Apostasy is an intentional falling away or defection. Apostates are those who move toward Christ, right up to the edge of saving belief, who hear and understand the Gospel, and are on the verge of saving faith, but then reject what they have learned and turn away. These are people who are perhaps even aware of their sin and even make a profession of faith. But rather than going on to spiritual maturity, their interest in Christ begins to diminish, the things of the world have more attraction to them rather than less, and eventually they lose all desire for the things of God and they turn away. The Lord illustrated these types of people in the second and third soils of Matthew 13:1-9, 18-23. These are those who “receive with joy” the things of the Lord, but who are drawn away by the cares of the world or turned off by difficulties they encounter because of Christ.

“Willful sinning” in this passage carries the idea of consciously and deliberately rejecting Christ. To know God’s way, to hear it preached, to study it, to count oneself among the faithful, and then to turn away is to become apostate. Sinning willfully carries with it the idea of sinning continually and deliberately. Such a person does not sin because of ignorance, nor is he carried away by momentary temptations he is too weak to resist. The willful sinner sins because of an established way of thinking and acting which he has no desire to give up. The true believer, on the other hand, is one who lapses into sin and loses temporary fellowship with God. But he will eventually come back to God in repentance because his heavenly Father will continually woo and convict him until he can’t stay away any longer. The true apostate will continue to sin, deliberately, willingly and with abandon. John tells us that “No one who is born of God practices sin, because His seed abides in him and he cannot sin, because he is born of God” (1 John 3:9).

Apostates have knowledge, but no application of that knowledge. They can be found in the presence of the light of Christ, mostly in the church, among God’s people. Judas Iscariot is the perfect example—he had knowledge but he lacked true faith. No other rejecter of the truth had more or better exposure to the love and grace of God than Judas. He was part of Jesus’ inner circle of disciples, eating, sleeping, and traveling with Him for years. He saw the miracles and heard the words of God from Jesus’ very lips, from the best preacher the world has ever known, and yet he not only turned away but was instrumental in the plot to kill Jesus.

Having turned his back on the truth, and with full knowledge choosing to willfully and continually sin, the apostate is then beyond salvation because he has rejected the one true sacrifice for sins: the Lord Jesus Christ. If Christ’s sacrifice is rejected, then all hope of salvation is gone. To turn away willfully from this sacrifice leaves no sacrifice; it leaves only sin, the penalty for which is eternal death. This passage is not speaking of a believer who falls away, but rather someone who may claim to be a believer, but truly is not. Anyone who apostatizes is proving he never had genuine faith to begin with (1 John 2:19).

Rom.8.12 - So, dear brothers and sisters, YOU HAVE NO OBLIGATION whatsoever to DO what your SINFUL NATURE urges you to do.

Rom.8.13 - For IF YOU KEEP ON FOLLOWING IT, YOU WILL PERISH. But if through the power of the Holy Spirit you TURN FROM IT and its evil deeds, YOU WILL LIVE.

Rom.8.14 - For all who are led by the Spirit of God are children of God.

Rom.8.14 - For all who are led by the Spirit of God are children of God.

This scripture shows you that once you are saved Rom.8.13 and Rom.8.12
Has no effect on the saved souls

A saved person is lead by the Spirit of God so he no longer has the sinful nature

And he will no longer follow the sinful nature for he is lead by God and will automatically want to do the will of God

I will talk about this place soon you have to be careful when adding fake bracket in Bible die and death Bible explains there are two types of die and two types of death so you have to know which each verse is taking about

Don't ever equal first death with eternal death

Are you a baby Christian that don't know the difference Jesus even said you can die first death and still come back to life which is resurrection day

So I will open the place soon and explain it properly so you don't mix first death with second death

Take care.

Paul’s use of the terms die and live convey temporal (rather than eternal) truths which result from sin and obedience respectively.

For example, sin produces various forms of physical death here and now. Believers can experience physical death due to sin

1 Cor 11:30;
1 John 5:16;
Jas 5:19-20.

Sin can bring upon mental distress and guilt (psychological death,
1 Sam 15–16;
Ps 51:2-9).

Also, fellowship with others (1 Cor 5–6:12) and Christ (1 John 1:5-10) can be lost (social death) on account of sin.

On the other hand, obedient acts of honesty and fidelity can produce various blessings:

Physical longevity
(Ps 119:144;.
Prov 4:4; 7:2; 15:27;
Eph 6:3; Jas 1:21).
Psychological wellness (Ps 69:32).
An abundant quality of a life of fellowship (John 10:10; 15:11).

So in that verse Paul urges Christians to seek the best in life through obedience and the power of a Spirit-led life.

So

The issue in Rom 8:13 is not taking about eternal death and is not assurance of eternal life, but sanctification and well being.

If you long for a life overflowing with meaning and significance, live according to the Spirit.
To really live you must put your old self to death over and over again.

So let edit the real meaning properly from your statement

Rom.8.13 - For if you (**if you christians) live according to the sinful nature, YOU WILL DIE (**physical die ); but if by the Spirit you PUT TO DEATH the misdeeds of the body, you will live (**you have a great live like all those great pastors you see living beautiful living note Paul said live and nor life note the difference meaning you will live here on earth in a beautiful way ),
