Zenith Bank has refused to reverse my money even after one year of filling dispense error forms. The most recent happened last week. I was debited 61,811.25 naira on my account 2121318152 while trying to pay a fee for a student through the Remita platform to the University of Uyo using USSD yet the payment was unsuccessful. I have contacted Remita and was asked to go to my bank to fill chargeback form. I have sent countless emails and filled various forms at their branch in Eket Akwa Ibom yet nothing has been done.
