Dear nairalander I have this house I got since 2018 with this sign and I plan on moving in ending of this month, but I don't know if it implies something so I can be prepared for it

Its a development control sign of illegal construction
Check around,it usually has a date affixed to it for demolition.
My advise is to seek another house to avoid stories later

Marked for demolition usually for buildings that are erected on unapproved lands or site. Look for alternative elsewhere.
