Dear nairalander I have this house I got since 2018 with this sign and I plan on moving in ending of this month, but I don't know if it implies something so I can be prepared for it

Its a development control sign of illegal construction Check around,it usually has a date affixed to it for demolition. My advise is to seek another house to avoid stories later |
