seemingly funny question but studies show that there is a relation between why people eat and weight gain. One of the key fundamentals in losing and keeping weight off is understanding why you eat. Some eat to 'kill' time, others eat to be happy. Why do you eat?

The question is not what do you eat but why do you eat and this really is for poeple struggling with their weight.
