I misplaced my sim card some months ago. I've been calling the Glo customer care to help me deactivate the line since another person has been using the line. The moment they confirm my identity as the original owner of the sim, they just end the call or put the call on hold. This has been going on for a while. I'm just concerned because I wouldn't want a situation whereby someone would implicate me on something I know nothing about. Pls what can I do? Who else is experiencing this? Thanks. Glo should be used as a curse word. I thought you were here to complain about their useless data network. Behold, you are complaining about another side of their bad service to Nigerians. |
