Frankly speaking, I feel like we Africans should let go some of our spice or food. Not all of them but some. And here is my list

okpehe, ogiri, ofada rice, gbegiri, iru, stock fish correct cord or apama, dried fish.
It is time to say bye to some of them

Lol I'm sorry but this is amusing. I'd have easily picked stockfish for it's little to no nutritional value but like ponmo even I know it has a part to play in my pot of soup.

I remember my colleague , a teacher saying the same to our students, i just kept mute to not embarrass him.

I was honestly puzzled as to why stockfish and kpomo would be considered to be of no nutritional value. undecided
