the maximum runtime is surely 2hrs, but can be lesser, depending on what programs or apps you are running on the system, you can aswell get the extended battery original for more backup. if you want system with longer backup, there are ultra portable, lightweight laptops, like these hp envy, hp spectre, x360s, rotationals or dell latitude or acer ultra portables system that has backup of 8hrs, 10hrs, you will go for that
