Real Estate Entrepreneur, Says Nigeria can become Developed like Britain or Germany.

Real Estate Entrepreneur and founder of bamboo Real Estate Limited, Ighódálóh Oséyómón has come out to say its possible for Nigeria to become developed like European countries.

He told this to Niger delta insider after coming back from a business trip to Morroco. Ighodaloh, last month joined other executives from the Nigeria Young Professionals forum on a business and innovation retreat in Casablanca, Morocco.

They explored cities like Casablanca, Rabat, Marrakech, Agadir and his company, bamboo group and the bamboo Real Estate limited struck partnership deals with some Moroccan companies.

Ighodaloh Oseyomon said he was amazed of how developed and well organised the Morrocan society is, that their Cities are well planned. According to him, it can be replicated in Nigeria.

"Morroco is an African country but its so developed and organised like Any other European country. They have good roads, good health care system, good education system. Its very possible for this to be replicated in Nigeria"

The Real estate entrepreneur further said that for Nigeria to reach that level, they must have visionary leaders and people need to have societal development mindset. He said with those two things alone, Nigeria can be become very developed.

"Our leaders don't have love for the society and people that's why they only think of how to steal money, people get into office just to enrich themselves, they don't have vision. Dubai took only 40 year to become very developed, this was possible because of they have a visionary leader."
