This story does not add up,the mad man could be picking used shells and tear gas canister's from the check point. I don't think some one will use a exposed place as a hide out

You see why we don’t blame UGM when they attack police checkpoint. The other day a police check point caused a fatal accident at Ihiala which claimed the lives of more than 20 people. You reap what you sow. You cannot sow corn and reap yam.
