For the past three weeks the price of cement has skyrocketed from the usual #3300 for Dangote and #3400 for Bua to 4200 and 4400 respectively. A truck of 900 load that was at 2,850,000 for Dangote and 2,950,000 for Bua is now #3,400,000 and #3,600,000 million. This is usually a yearly trend probably because of the high demand of cement after the raining season.
