A Construction Company in Abuja requires the Services of a Quantity Surveyor. Minimum 5years experience.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Manage and control cost of construction in the company through Valuation, cost planning and cost benefit analysis.

• Prepare building estimates and pre-qualification documents
• To assist in the daily commercial and contractual aspects of the contracts managed by the operational team.
• The successful Quantity Surveyor will come from a main contracting background and have experience of working on large construction schemes(Highways and Bridges)

• Have previous experience in preparing contract cost reports and forecasts

• Be fully conversant with reviewing contract obligations and requirements for post contract implementation

• Be familiar with all post contract administration techniques and requirements

QUALIFICATIONS
Bsc/HND Quantity Surveying .Membership of relevant professional bodies will be and added advantage. Deadline 30 June, 2011.
