Job Requirements:
o Proven experience in the specific subject area.
o Ability to understand curriculum and develop lesson plans and teaching methods that will help students cover required content.
o Great speaking and writing skills.
o Ability to plan, execute and coordinate standardised academic tutoring, which is progressive and reflective of the needs of learners.
o Prior experience preparing students for external examinations such as WAEC, NECO, GCE & JAMB.
o Prior experience in an educational establishment would be considered a plus.
o Prior experience teaching online or familiarity with an online teaching engagement is critical in this position.
o Minimum of NCE.
o Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience is required.

Dear Applicants,
I talked about Aquada development the other day, this idmann institute and idmann academy belong to the same manipulative narcissist person. Check my former posts to get the picture. This man thrives on doing interviews. As he is firing one he is employing another all year round. Motion man. Motion without progress. He will tell you he is busy, look well, he is chasing young applicants around. That is the level of his mental health. He will give you a video on mental health and ask you to watch and make your own video saying your opinion. That was where I missed it. I should have realised then and there that I was dealing with a psychopath!!

The good thing in this advert is that it is stated as contract employment. you can negotiate and save your mind that it will not last. For us, the mad man made me leave my old job, pack my load and relocated to Umuahia.
The bad thing is that you will be fired after 2 months. You cannot stay upto the contracted time.

Again, he is going to convert you to anything. Be ready to peel cassava even as a tutor. You must go to work Mon to Saturday. And he is an ungrateful man.
