We are looking for a talented designer to create fresh and invigorating website designs for several projects we are undertaking.

A successful candidate will have full creative control of the brand's image. They will be responsible for logos, landing pages, dashboards, brand kits, and all sorts of designs. Since we are a small and growing company, the candidate is expected to take charge and be comfortable wearing many hats.

Simply put, we need a creative and exceptional talent to take charge of our design department. The role is hybrid. 90% remote and 10% in-office.

A typical project might be for instance the creation of a wireframe for a WordPress website. You design the entire layout of the website and then pass on the PSD or Figma files to the front-end developer who codes it out, after which the backend developer will integrate your design with the backend.

Requirements:

- Experience creating website wireframes
- Branding Skills: logos, business cards, social media banners, posts, etc
- Mastery of website design and wireframing in Figma or Adobe XD
- Committed and motivated
- Exceptional communication skills
- Liberal and open-minded
